My Story
I’m Christella Garcia, founder of Senseational by CG, Paralympic medalist, licensed massage therapist, and certified aromatherapist. Below, I share the journey that inspired my work and the experiences that shaped my approach to wellness.
Senseational by CG's Beginning
My career began long before I earned my first Paralympic medal. As a blind judo athlete, I represented Team USA in three Paralympic Games, proudly taking home bronze medals in 2016 and 2024. Those years of training and competing at the highest level gave me rare insight into recovery, injury prevention, and peak performance — knowledge I now bring to every client I work with.
The brand name, deliberately spelled SENSEational, reflects my belief in engaging all five senses — sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste — to create a fully immersive and healing experience.
What sets Senseational by CG apart is the unique perspective I carry as both athlete and therapist. I understand pain, resilience, and the small adjustments that can make a big difference. My approach combines therapeutic touch, targeted stretching, and aromatherapy to unlock movement, ease tension, and restore balance. Every client receives more than a massage — they experience a personalized treatment built on decades of lived expertise.
Champion’s Approach to Healing
Wellness has never been just a career for me, it’s a calling. Competing internationally gave me rare insight into recovery and peak performance, but it also taught me how essential it is to care for both the body and spirit.
I believe in treating the whole person. Whether you are an athlete rebuilding strength, someone managing stress, or simply looking to feel better in your daily life, my mission is to help you move with greater freedom and live without limits.
Beyond my work, I’m committed to disability advocacy, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and enjoying life with my guide dog, Frolic. My passion is helping others move better, feel better, and live without limits.

Senseational by CG has always been about more than massage. Over time, I saw a need for care that could extend beyond the treatment room, which led me to create Muscle Melt — a salve developed through years of hands-on experience and designed to bring lasting relief into everyday life.
This is only the beginning. Each product and service I offer is rooted in the same commitment: quality, intention, and a belief that true wellness awakens all the senses.
