Shipping & Delivery Policy

Physical products, including the Massage Ticket, can be shipped directly to you. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and sent using standard mail. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup and Onsite Delivery

Local pickup is available at checkout for orders that qualify. Select Pickup instead of Ship when you check out, and we will notify you when your order is ready to collect at Shea's Apothecary and Wellness Center, 2620 Hurley Way, Suite B, Sacramento, CA.

Onsite or Mobile Delivery

If you would like your order delivered to a specific location, such as for a mobile massage appointment, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can arrange a convenient time and location.
