Return & Exchange Policy

All sales of our Muscle Melt salve and Massage Tickets are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are only available if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your request must include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a written description explaining the issue, the product’s condition, and the reason for the exchange.
Approved exchanges will be issued for the same product originally purchased. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once your request is reviewed and confirmed.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
